Our Brighton shop is open for collections 7 days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready but you can call to check on 01273 621116 during store open hours if you have not yet received this.
We are now packing and sending orders daily monday to friday however, we are aware there are ongoing delays with delivery services in some areas. Please leave a correct email address and contact number when you order as this helps us to keep you up to date with the delivery of your order.
Where goods are in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt (orders placed on a Friday afternoon or weekend will usually be dispatched the next working day). Delivery should be approximately 2 - 3 days after dispatch although some larger items are sent on a next day service. Occasionally, where timing allows, orders may be dispatched the same day as they are placed. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you will be charged for delivery and the cost of return postage.
If you have a safe place to leave your delivery then please tell us as it helps to ensure you receive your goods without delay. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner attempts delivery they will usually drop a card in to offer you collection from a local collection point or arrange a further delivery. If you refuse delivery of your order, or are not available to accept the delivery on further attempts, you may be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note: we will deliver goods to the address given on the order and, whilst we will endeavour to sort out any problems resulting, we cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery instructions.
Standard delivery is to Mainland UK, some deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands* will have a higher charge due to the additional costs we incur. Selected items are also available for European delivery. Basic online delivery charges are as follows:

Until we have a clearer indication of shipping and admin costs we are temporarily suspending shipping to our European neighbours on the site. However we are happy to consider shipping by request, please email with your town/zip code and your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a shipping cost.
Worldwide: we are happy to give you a cost for delivery elsewhere and will always quote a price in line with what we are charged ourselves. Email us at email@example.com for a delivery quote.
*UK Higlands and Islands includes; Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE). These areas may also experience delivery delays.
Abode will endeavour to confirm and despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. If we foresee any delays with the delivery of your order we will contact you by the fastest assumed means you make available to us at registration.
If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details or call us on 01273 621116. We will assess the best way to deal with the damaged items and, if required, arrange for a replacement.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand, due to the limitations of viewing items on the internet, it may not be what you had expected and sometimes you will want to return items to us. Please check goods on receipt and contact our office as soon as possible on email@example.com to advise a return together with the reason and to confirm whether you would like to exchange, receive a credit note or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and, providing goods and their original packaging are in perfect condition, we will arrange the agreed exchange/refund. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items securely and include details including your order number and the action required, and return them to our Brighton store (address below) by insured registered delivery and keep the posting receipt. Where items are received outside our returns period we will issue you with a credit note, and in some circumstances, where more than 30 days have passed we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a return and/or charge a restock fee. If for any reason you are unable to return the item to us please contact us as soon as you are aware (eg self isolation) and we will work out the best way to manage the return with you.
Please note in line with current regulations Earrings are non returnable.
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
