Our software partners in relation to marketing and web management are Intelligent Retail and mailchimp. Both organisations are fully compliant with the current GDPR laws and offer us the secure environment required.
Your payment information is managed in a secure environment via our payment portal OPAYO/MySagePay and we do not hold any details regarding your payment card.
We will hold your data until you choose to opt out either by contacting us, or by following the unsubscribe button on our marketing email. If you have ordered from us we will hold your data for the regulatory period for taxation and accounts purposes. We may also choose to remove you from our database if you do not respond after a number of mailings over a period of time. In each instant we will hold your email address on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you against your wishes.
